Well...to quote Crash Davis from Bull Durham..."Sometimes you win...sometimes you lose...and sometimes....it gets rained out."

Today's Red Sox seemed like a different bunch than what we had in the 1st game. We did not hit the ball quite as well and we did not play D quite as well. I guess thats what a team that has not been on the field much in a week and half looks like????

We did get going late and had some great individual performances.

Game balls were a 4 kid race on offense but in the end it was defense that allowed Dylan (3-3 1 Run) and Trevor (3-3 0 Runs) to get the game balls.  Dylan has been a vacuum in both games and had 3 put outs today.  Trevor single handedly ended the 4th inning at second base. Trevor had a tough week as he had to spend a few days in the hospital...but man did he bounce back today!
