The season started out with a Bang for this years Red Sox as Three, 3 year Red Sox performers (S. Walsh, C. Domingues, and N. Howe)stepped up in the bottom of the first inning with 3 consecutive singles. This set the table for T. Uken, C. Douglas, C Zimmer to clean up the base paths as the Red Sox Scored 5 runs in the first and had 7 consecutive hits to start off the season.

This years squad has two 6 year olds on it and one of them (C. Burfield) had a great day going 2-2

Overall we played very well. There were some very good defensive performances, Charles, Colton D., Tanner,Scott, and Nicholas all had defensive putouts.

Behind the plate our guys stayed tough back there and look good. Christopher, Colton V, Scott W., and Casey were extremely tough behind the dish.
