As games go, this was a bit of a culture change for the young Red Sox. The Boys and Girls club team doesn't follow or know the same rules as the rest of the league, not that there is anything wrong with it, so it was a bit of a challenge for the Red Sox defensively to keep up with the kids running all around the bases. In the end the Red Sox pulled off a nail biter.

We continued to blister the baseball, we only struck out 3 times in the last 10 innings of baseball. That is 3 Strikeouts in 73 at bats!!!!!
Defensively we have some work to do, we continue to make errors on the right side of the infield????? Our left side seems to be much stronger, we may have to take the hex off of second base.

We are about to go into another long stretch without a game so, we must continue to work at home with Mom, Dad, Brother, Grandpa...etc.

Dawson broke out of a mini-slump today and hit the ball hard to the left side, Charles continued his defensive efforts and "Lightning" Walsh is quickly becoming the most powerful deep threat in the league with his 2nd Triple of the season. We found a way to help Joseph unlock his timing, HEAVIER BAT! Tanner is giving Charles a run for the best defensive player on the team and possibly in the entire league. If there is a better 6 year old in the league than Casey I havent seen him/her yet!



Game balls went to Dawson who went 3-3 with 2 runs and 4RBI in the leadoff spot and Charles who went 2-2 with 2 runs and 2 RBI.
